Every PreBLD estimate ships with a range whose width is checked against our measured accuracy for that project type, so you see how much confidence the number deserves. Division-level means costs are organized by CSI division (structure, envelope, MEP, finishes, etc.) rather than individual line items — right level of detail for a feasibility conversation, not a bid.
