After a free year or 6 months, the founding rate is $166/mo USD billed annually ($1,990/yr). Only if you decide to stay. No card up front.
How a seat is claimed
- Request a founding seat. Every request is read by hand. Approval is a person deciding your firm belongs in the first 25, not a signup form.
- Receive your private code. Approved firms get a single-use code by email. It is the only way into a seat, and it only works for the email it was sent to.
- Claim your seat. Sign in with Google and enter the code. The order in which codes are claimed sets the seat number, and the seat number fixes your tier.
- Finalize five real estimates. Run five live projects through PreBLD and finalize all five. Finalized means a locked, delivered estimate, not a draft. No charge while you do it.
- Your benefit unlocks. The fifth finalize is the switch. Seats 1 to 5 are free for life from that moment. On the other tiers the free clock starts then, not at signup.
The trade is straight: your five finalized estimates feed the shared calibration that makes the number sharper for every firm that follows, and your firm gets PreBLD free for the length your seat carries. All prices are USD.
The pool is 25 firms. It does not reopen.
